Spigen cases are organised into series. The series sets the construction, the material and the level of protection. Tough Armor for the iPhone 17 Pro and Tough Armor for the Galaxy S26 are therefore built the same way and differ only in dimensions and cut-outs. Once you pick a series, you know what you will get with your next phone too.
We stock more than twenty series. Below we sort them into six groups by what they are for.
What the suffixes in the name mean
- MagSafe (on Samsung and Google MagFit) means a magnetic ring moulded into the back of the case. MagSafe chargers, wallets and mounts then hold firmly through the case. More detail in the article MagSafe vs. MagFit.
- Pro marks an extended version of the base series, for example with a kickstand or a stiffer frame. On tablets and watches it is a separate design.
- S on Ultra Hybrid adds a fold-out kickstand.
- CS on Slim Armor means a sliding slot for two cards.
- Wallet is a case with a card pocket.
- 360 on Thin Fit means a tempered glass screen protector is included in the box.
Rugged cases from the Armor family
Anything with Armor in the name is built mainly for drops. The series differ in thickness and in what they add on top.

- Tough Armor offers the most protection. It has a hard polycarbonate shell, a flexible TPU frame and XRD Impact foam in the corners that stiffens on impact. Most versions have a kickstand. It is the thickest case in the range.
- Slim Armor has the same two-layer build but is slimmer. The CS version holds two cards, Slim Armor Pro is for the foldable Galaxy Z and protects the hinge too.
- Rugged Armor is single-layer matte TPU with carbon-pattern strips along the edges. It is one of Spigen's longest-running cases.
- Core Armor is the more affordable relative of Rugged Armor, with a carbon texture across the whole back.
- Mag Armor is matte TPU built around MagFit magnets. It suits you if you mostly use MagSafe mounts and chargers.
- Optik Armor has a sliding cover over the camera. The lenses stay covered until you take a photo.
Clear cases
Clear cases suit you if you picked your phone for its colour. All three series have an additive in the material that slows yellowing. It does not stop it completely, more in the article Why clear cases turn yellow.

- Ultra Hybrid has a hard clear polycarbonate back and a flexible TPU frame. The back scratches less and the case keeps its shape. It is the series with the widest choice, more than 400 products.
- Liquid Crystal is made entirely of flexible TPU, thinner and lighter. Dots on the inside prevent rainbow marks between the case and the phone.
- Crystal Flex is a similarly thin flexible case for Samsung Galaxy.
Slim cases
These cases add almost no bulk to the phone. Thinner cases protect less against drops, so here it depends on how you treat your phone.
- Liquid Air is one-piece matte TPU with a geometric pattern on the back. It does not slip and the Air Cushion corners handle an ordinary drop from the hand.
- Thin Fit is a thin hard polycarbonate shell. It mainly protects against scratches and lighter drops, and the phone keeps almost the same shape.
- Air Skin is Spigen's thinnest case, under a millimetre. It is not made for drops, it protects the back from wear. The Aramid version is made of aramid fibre.
- Enzo Aramid is a premium slim aramid case with MagFit magnets. Aramid is light and resists abrasion, so the case keeps looking good for a long time.
Colourful cases by Caseology
Caseology is a brand owned by Spigen. The Nano Pop series is a two-tone silicone case with a smooth surface that does not pick up pocket lint. It has Air Cushion corners and raised edges around the screen and camera. The MagSafe version has magnets.
Screen and camera protection
- GLAS.tR EZ Fit is tempered glass with an installation frame in the box. You put the frame on the phone and the glass settles straight by itself. The HD version is clearer, Privacy narrows the viewing angle. Step-by-step guide in the article How to apply EZ Fit glass.
- GLAS.tR Slim is thin glass (0.33 mm) without a frame. It is also available for tablets, game consoles and cameras.
- Optik Pro are camera lens protectors with a metal frame, always two in the box.
- Neo Flex is a flexible film for curved screens that tempered glass cannot cover. It is applied wet.
Watches and tablets
- Rugged Armor Pro is a tablet case with a folding cover that doubles as a stand. For Apple Watch it is a case and band in one piece.
- Modern Fit is a link band made of 316L stainless steel for Apple Watch and Galaxy Watch. The Titanium version matches the colour of the Apple Watch Ultra.
- Lite Fit is a light sports band made of nylon or silicone.
- Rugged Band is a tough TPU band that matches the Rugged Armor Pro case.
Apple Watch band sizes are covered in the article Apple Watch bands and cases.

How to choose
If you drop your phone often or take it to building sites or the mountains, get Tough Armor. If you want to see the colour of your phone, get Ultra Hybrid. If every extra millimetre bothers you, go for Liquid Air or Thin Fit. For a MagSafe charger or car mount, pick a version with MagSafe in the name. A case does not protect the screen, so add GLAS.tR glass.
