Our story

Spigen makes accessories you can rely on. Not on paper, but at the moment your phone slips out of your hand onto the pavement.

The brand was founded in South Korea in 2004 and has stuck to one principle ever since: protection must never be a compromise. Either a case survives the drop, or it is useless — and the only way to know is testing, not marketing. That is why the Spigen range goes through drop tests to the MIL‑STD‑810G military standard, and why technologies such as Air Cushion corners and XRD Impact foam are not decoration, but an answer to how phones really fall.

The second thing we insist on is precision. Every case and every screen protector is made for one specific model — millimetre-precise cutouts for the camera and sensors, raised edges above the display, MagFit magnets aligned so that a MagSafe charger snaps on first time and stays put. Accessories that “almost fit” have no place here.

In the Czech Republic, Spigen is represented by Ingredi Europa s.r.o. as an authorised reseller. Behind it stands a team with more than twenty years of experience in mobile accessories — in that time we have seen thousands of products, and we know very well that accessories are all too often either needlessly expensive or unable to survive even a few months of everyday use.

That is why we only stock what we use ourselves and believe in. We ship from the Czech Republic, we handle invoices and warranties under Czech law, and your questions are answered by someone who knows the products.

Customer service matters to us just as much. Every question, suggestion and complaint is a priority — protection is not worth much if there is no one to turn to at the moment you need it.
