Orders placed on business days before 12:00 ship the same day from our warehouse in Prague. In the Czech Republic, shipping is free on orders over 699 Kč.

You choose the exact pickup point or locker on a map right after completing your order, on the confirmation page. We email you the tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Germany, Estonia, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Croatia, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal and Slovenia. Prices in the Slovak, Polish and European markets are charged in euros.

Payments are processed by the secure Shopify checkout; your card details never reach us. An electronic tax invoice is sent with every order.
Returns & Claims
All products come with a 24-month warranty. Goods bought online can be returned without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt, see Withdrawal from the contract. Claims are handled via info@spigen.cz.
