Legal relationship and general notices

1.1.  Effective date. These website terms of use are effective from 1 August 2025.
1.2.  Website. For the purposes of this document, our website means the set of all web pages forming our site operated at https://spigen.cz/ and all sub-pages.
1.3.  Service. For the purposes of this document, the service means the information society service which you receive by using our website and which is provided by the company Ingredi Europa s.r.o., with its registered office at Krajánkova 3176/2, 14100 Praha, Company ID No. 28544668, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 149265, VAT No. CZ28544668 (for the purposes of this document referred to as “we” or corresponding terms). By using the service, a legal relationship arises between us and the recipient of the service (for the purposes of this document referred to as “you” or corresponding terms).
1.4.  Web content. For the purposes of this document, the web content we supply to you as part of the service means all data you receive from us on the basis of your request submitted through a web browser, in particular texts and images, but also the source code of the pages.
1.5.  Scope of provision of the service. No minimum scope is guaranteed in the provision of this service. The service may be temporarily or permanently unavailable, in whole or in part. Its user interface, appearance or functionality may be changed or removed at our sole discretion, without any obligation of prior notice.
1.6.  Price of the service. The service is provided by us free of charge. The technical equipment, software and connectivity required for this service are paid for by you.
1.7.  Reservation of the right to amend the terms. These website terms of use may be amended and updated from time to time. Before you wish to make use of the web content, it is your duty to acquaint yourself with their current version.
1.8.  General restriction. It is prohibited to use any means to breach or circumvent the security measures associated with this service or with our other services, with related or other internet services and websites, or with computer networks.
1.9.  Exclusion of liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we shall not be liable for any harm that may arise to you in connection with this service, and you also agree to the contractual limitation of the amount of compensation for any such damage to 0 Kč.

2.1.  Exclusion of licence. Where the web content is, in whole or in part, a copyrighted work, and unless stated otherwise for an individual element of the web content, we grant you no licence to the web content, and without our express consent it may not be used beyond the statutory limitations and exceptions.
2.2.  Database rights. Without our express consent you are not entitled to extract or otherwise use our databases. In addition, you undertake to refrain from similar conduct in relation to those of our databases that do not enjoy protection under copyright law.
2.3.  Links. If you link to the website, you acknowledge that you must not provide third parties with any link that circumvents our security measures or our means of controlling the distribution of content, such as links available only to logged-in users. In all cases, we further reserve the right to change the structure and content of the website and to introduce new, or modify existing, means of content control, which may result in content you previously obtained ceasing to function. You acknowledge that in such a case you are not entitled to compensation for any damage.

User account

3.1.  Definition. A user account means a record in our database and the data assigned to it; it is identified by a login name and a password, which serve for authentication. Personal data may be assigned to a user account, and where the user account represents a legal entity, such personal data identify the natural person acting on its behalf.
3.2.  Use of the user account. Certain parts of the service may be conditional on access to a user account. In such a case it is necessary to register a user account, which is subject to the registration conditions set out below.
3.3.  Conditions for registering a user account. By registering you express your agreement with the following conditions:
3.3.1.  We will carry out the registration on the basis of your request submitted through the web form placed on the website, provided that all required details are given and that you agree to these registration conditions.
3.3.2.  One e-mail address may be used for one user account only.
3.3.3.  The provider reserves the right to refuse registration.
3.3.4.  The user account serves, among other things, for communication and dealings with us. It is your duty to ensure that only you, or a person authorised by you, has access to your user account. Any conduct of such a person within the user account shall be deemed conduct by way of representation.
3.3.5.  As part of system maintenance we may delete inactive user accounts and delete or merge duplicate user accounts.
3.3.6.  In the event of a breach of your obligations under this document, we have the right to terminate or restrict the provision of the service to you, for example by blocking your user account, deleting it, or preventing access to the website.

Web accessibility

4.1.  Description of the service. Our service includes an online shop (e-shop) in which electronic commerce services may be used through the service's user interface. We operate as a virtual shop where, using the internet and a web browser or another device enabling online purchases, you can in particular browse the range of goods, obtain detailed information about the goods, select goods for purchase and place orders, and where you can choose the method of payment and the method of delivery.
4.2.  Accessibility of information. We ensure that these terms, as well as other texts comprising the description of our service, the information necessary to understand the service and information on compliance with accessibility requirements, are presented on the website:
4.2.1.  in a commonly accessible format,
4.2.2.  in an intelligible manner,
4.2.3.  in such a way that the user is able to perceive them,
4.2.4.  by being made available through more than one sensory channel, in that they are provided in formats that can be used to create alternative assistive formats allowing presentation in different ways and ensuring perception through more than one sensory channel,
4.2.5.  in a font of adequate size and suitable shape, taking into account foreseeable conditions of use and using sufficient contrast, as well as adjustable spacing between letters, lines and paragraphs,
4.2.6.  by supplementing non-text content with an alternative presentation of that content,
4.2.7.  they are made available through more than one sensory channel,
4.2.8.  in a consistent and adequate manner by being perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.
4.3.  Accessibility of services. Our aim is to meet the accessibility requirements in the provision of the service so that the service is available to the widest possible range of people, including persons with disabilities. In doing so, we ensure the following:
4.3.1.  The service and its website, including versions for mobile devices, are made available in a consistent and adequate manner so as to be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.
4.3.2.  Support services provide information on the accessibility of the service and its compatibility with assistive technologies, through means of communication accessible in particular to persons with disabilities.
4.3.3.  We provide information concerning the accessibility of the goods and services sold, where the responsible manufacturer, authorised representative, importer, distributor or service provider makes such information available.
4.3.4.  The functions and methods ensuring customer identification, security of the service and payment for orders are perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.
4.4.  We achieve compliance with the accessibility requirements as follows:
4.4.1.  Alternative text descriptions: For non-text content (e.g. images) we provide text alternatives. These allow the content to be converted into other formats, such as large print, Braille, speech output, symbols or simplified language.
4.4.2.  Alternatives for time-based media: For media that change over time (e.g. videos, audio recordings) we provide alternative formats such as transcripts, captions or descriptions.
4.4.3.  Flexible arrangement of content: We create content so that it can be presented in different ways (for example in a simplified layout) without losing its meaning or structure.
4.4.4.  Visual and auditory legibility: We make it easier for users to see and hear content by ensuring sufficient contrast between foreground and background and clear distinction of audio elements.
4.4.5.  Keyboard operation: The functionality of our services can be operated using a keyboard.
4.4.6.  Sufficient time for interaction: We give users sufficient time to read the content and to interact with the service.
4.4.7.  Elimination of hazardous elements: We do not design content in a manner known to be capable of inducing seizures or other physical reactions.
4.4.8.  Easy navigation: We offer clear and consistent ways to help users navigate, find the content they need and determine where they are on the site.
4.4.9.  Extended control options: We make it easier for users to operate functions using various input methods, not only the keyboard, in order to accommodate a broader range of user preferences and needs.
4.4.10.  Understandable and legible text: We take great care to ensure that all text content is easy to read and understand, including for users with cognitive impairments.
4.4.11.  Predictable behaviour: We ensure that the website operates in a predictable manner.
4.4.12.  Error assistance: We provide clear instructions and tools that help users avoid and correct errors, for example when filling in forms.
