I want to return my goods (withdrawal from the contract)

You can return goods within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

How to do it:

• Fill in the withdrawal form here
• Pack the goods up – ideally unused and in the original packaging.
• Send them to our address:

• Enclose a copy of your proof of purchase.

We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal at the latest.

I want to make a claim

If the goods are defective, you can make a claim within:

• 2 years of receipt (new goods)
• 1 year of receipt (used goods)

What to do:

• Get the goods ready (clean and complete, so that they can be assessed).
• Enclose your proof of purchase.
• Tell us:
  • what the defect is
  • how you would like the claim resolved (repair / replacement / refund)
• Send the goods to our address.

What happens next:

• We will settle the claim within 30 days at the latest
• We will let you know the outcome
• We will return the goods to you the same way

What a claim does not cover

A claim does not cover:

• normal wear and tear from use
• defects you have caused yourself
• goods past their shelf life

Costs of a claim

If the claim is accepted, we will reimburse the necessary costs you incurred in making it
