Orders and delivery
When will my order arrive?
Orders received on working days before 12:00 are dispatched the same day. Zásilkovna and PPL both deliver within 1–2 working days; for Slovakia allow 2–3 days. We keep you posted by e-mail at every step and the carrier sends you a tracking number.
How much does delivery cost?
79 Kč to a pick-up point or a Z-BOX, 99 Kč to your address. Delivery is free on orders over 699 Kč with every delivery method. The full table is under Shipping and payment.
How can I pay?
By card online, with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or PayPal. None of the methods carry a fee and we ship as soon as the order is paid.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as it has not been dispatched, yes — write to us as soon as you can at info@spigen.cz with your order number. We dispatch quickly, so it is best to get in touch within an hour of ordering.
Choosing a product
How do I know a case or screen protector will fit my phone exactly?
Every product lists the exact models it is made for, both in its name and in the product details. Spigen cases are made for one specific model — not for a whole series — so the cutouts for the camera, the buttons and the ports line up to the millimetre. If you are not sure which model you have, you will find it in your phone settings (Settings → General → About) or on the label in the SIM tray.
What does MagFit mean?
MagFit is Spigen's magnetic system, compatible with MagSafe. A case with MagFit has a built-in ring of magnets aligned to MagSafe, so chargers, wallets and mounts from Apple and other makers hold on to it and charging runs at full speed. On Android phones it adds magnetic attachment to a phone that does not have it otherwise.
What is the difference between Tough Armor, Ultra Hybrid and Liquid Air?
In short: Tough Armor is the toughest — two layers, XRD foam in the corners, tested to the MIL-STD-810G military standard, with a kickstand. Ultra Hybrid is a clear case that lets the colour of your phone show through and, thanks to an additive in the material, stays clear of yellowing for a long time. Liquid Air is slim, matt and grippy — for everyday carry without adding bulk. You will find the details and the other ranges on each product page under “About the product”.
Will wireless charging work through the case?
Yes, with every Spigen case. They are designed to let Qi and MagSafe wireless charging pass through; cases with MagFit also hold the charger in place magnetically.
How do I fit a tempered glass screen protector properly?
GLAS.tR EZ Fit protectors come with an application frame: place it on the phone, clean the display with the enclosed wipe, peel the film off the glass and drop the glass into the frame — it settles by itself, with no aligning and no bubbles. Any bubble that does appear can be pushed out with the enclosed squeegee. Instructions are also included in every pack.
Returns, claims and warranty
The item isn't right for me. Can I return it?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt and without giving a reason. Fill in the withdrawal form, pack the goods up and send them to Ingredi Europa s.r.o., Tř. Tomáše Bati 5331, 760 01 Zlín. We refund the money within 14 days by the same method you paid with. For details, see Returns and complaints.
How long is the warranty?
All our goods come with a 24-month warranty. We are an authorised Spigen reseller, so we handle claims ourselves, with nothing forwarded to the manufacturer. More under Warranty.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Get in touch within 24 hours of receipt at info@spigen.cz with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will sort it out with a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.

Yes. Spigen.cz is run by Ingredi Europa s.r.o., the authorised Spigen reseller for the Czech Republic. We sell genuine goods from the manufacturer only, with a Czech invoice and warranty service in the Czech Republic.
